The U.S. Air Force's CTO, Jay Bonci, announced an API-first strategy aiming to standardize APIs to enable real-time data sharing across Defense Department systems, underscoring the move's importance for joint and coalition operations. The DAF’s upcoming API strategy, which includes tools for standardized API formats and procedures, will soon seek public feedback to ensure alignment with DoD and allied partners, promoting interoperability and mission success.

Apiture, an API-centric digital banking solutions provider, has secured $10 million in funding to expand its product development and sales for its platform aiding over 300 financial institutions. Having raised $79 million since 2017, Apiture's investment will bolster innovation and integration efforts within its banking API platform, enhancing services for a competitive market.
Uniblock, a startup focused on helping developers build on the blockchain through its pioneering Unified Web3 API platform, announced a funding round of $2.3 million. Uniblock aims to tackle fragmentation by connecting blockchain tools, such as Alchemy, thirdweb, Moralis, Parsiq, Covalent, and QuickNode, into one Web3 API platform. New Relic has launched New Relic AI Monitoring (AIM), the first APM solution dedicated to AI-powered applications. Startup AI Talos presented Face GPT, a revolutionary skincare solution designed to transform routines through personalized analysis. The goal is on global accessibility, emphasizing integration with popular platforms like Shopify, and WooCommerce, and an API for developers to seamlessly incorporate Face GPT into their websites.
Discord is shutting down its AI chatbot Clyde, which was powered by OpenAI's API, starting December 1. The reason behind the decision has not been specified but it is speculated that it might be reintroduced as a Nitro-exclusive feature.

Paysafe announced a new partnership with Fanatics Betting and Gaming, the subsidiary of global digital sports platform Fanatics Holdings Inc.
